- Order received
We’re processing your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly, including your order details.
- Finance confirmation
Your finance application has been securely processed by our finance partner, PropelPay. You’ll receive a separate email from PropelPay to confirm approval. - Dispatched
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send your tracking information to the email and phone number you provided. - Delivered
Your order will arrive on the estimated delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
You’ll also receive a separate email inviting you to access OneCloud, Onecom’s secure customer portal. From here you can track orders, view invoices, raise support tickets and manage your services in one place.
