What happens next

  1. Order received
    We’re processing your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly, including your order details.

  2. Finance confirmation
    Your finance application has been securely processed by our finance partner, PropelPay. You’ll receive a separate email from PropelPay to confirm approval.

  3. Dispatched
    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send your tracking information to the email and phone number you provided.

  4. Delivered
    Your order will arrive on the estimated delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.


You’ll also receive a separate email inviting you to access OneCloud, Onecom’s secure customer portal. From here you can track orders, view invoices, raise support tickets and manage your services in one place.
