What happens after I place an order?

Who can buy from the Onecom shop?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, after you place your first order with us we will then create an account on OneCloud where you'll be able to track your order and update your account information.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery & Returns
How long does delivery take?
All orders placed before 4pm qualify for next working day delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent automatically by email or SMS, provided contact details are supplied at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery options are shown at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Where's my order?
All deliveries are fully trackable, with real-time updates provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information is sent to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout.
Can I return a product?
We offer a 14-day returns period from the date of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and checked.
